This project involved the design and construction of a bored pile wall to create a weir in the Blackadder Creek (Swan River) to prevent salt intrusion into the Blackadder Wetlands. This included:

  • A bored pile wall complete with capping beam;
  • Monitoring and treatment of acid sulphate soils and working with the Swan River Trust; and
  • Refurbishment of the existing weir including rock revetment construction.

This project was completed on budget and to schedule.
